a. United States Shipping Policy
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total of your shopping cart before sales and/or coupons are applied. Below you will find the shipping costs based on cart totals:

- Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays of each week and typically take one week to arrive.
- Lost packages must be reported within two months of your order. Packages not confirmed delivered by the USPS will be replaced.
- Regretfully International (including Canada ) and APO orders will not be accepted at this time
b. Privacy Policy
At Creative Inkling, your privacy is our number one priority. We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times, in all situations. The information we collect when you register on our site is used to process orders and to provide a more personal experience on our site. Creative Inkling does not share data with third parties. Your name and contact information is used solely to process orders unless your prior consent is given. Without your consent, this information will never be sold, given, rented or traded to others for purposes other than order fulfillment.

We reserve the right to publish materials submitted by you, including, but not limited to, product reviews, tips, opinions, projects, artwork, articles, and photographs. This includes but is not limited to the right to produce what are called “derivative works,” which basically means the right to create new products that incorporate your works or ideas. You will not be paid a royalty from us for our use of your submissions.
When you submit material to us, electronically or in physical form, whether uploaded or otherwise delivered, you represent that you: (1) are the copyright owner or have permission to do so from the copyright owner, (2) are not infringing upon the rights of others, (3) indemnify us from any and all claims from third parties relating to the materials submitted.
c. Return Policy
Returns are accepted for store credit only if merchandise is returned within 30 days and is accompanied by a receipt. Non-returnable items include paper, books, magazines, pens, rub-ons, albums, markers, adhesives, personalized items, and stickers. Items sold on clearance cannot be returned. Merchandise that malfunctions will be evenly exchanged. Merchandise that has been damaged during shipping will be the responsibility of the USPS as we purchase insurance for each shipment
d. Special Order Policy
Merchandise which must be ordered directly from the manufacturer are subject to specific minimum dollar amounts, quantities, and shipping charges. Thus, if a customer requests a special order which does not meet the minimums, they will be subject to added charges. We can special order merchandise with no added charges if item(s) can be added to an existing Notions order that satisfies their minimum dollar amounts and/or product quantities.
